Associate Director, Sales & Implementation - Transaction Banking
Responsibilities:
Drive the sales strategy and revenue growth for Transaction Banking solutions (mainly cash management) in Macau, working closely with Relationship Managers on client engagement, solutioning and regional mandates.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understand client needs, structure tailored Transaction Banking solutions and achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
Own end‑to‑end delivery of Transaction Banking mandates, from sales handover through onboarding, implementation and live operations, in coordination with Hong Kong and regional Transaction Banking teams.
Manage implementation activities, including product documentation, solution walkthroughs, client training and user acceptance testing (UAT) for client implementations and new capability roll‑outs.
Collaborate with Product, Operations & Technology and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution, quality delivery and issue resolution.
Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities during client engagement and implementation phases and support ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
Ensure all sales and implementation activities comply with OCBC Group policies, operational controls and local regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 to 10 year’s banking experience mainly in wholesale banking, preferably covering cash management solution.
Solid understanding in cash management products and implementation process.
Project management capability with experience delivering solutions end to end.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to execute plans, manage timelines and resolve issues proactively.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a results oriented mindset.
Can-do attitude, and a willingness to embrace challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
