We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of RM Support Associate. Key Accountabilities / Impact on Business • Support Relationship Managers (RMs) to optimise client planning, relationship returns, risk assets and management information for assigned relationships. • Raise credit applications on time for submission. • Drive customer satisfaction and minimise complaints by meeting agreed service level agreements. • Partner with internal teams to ensure suitable products/solutions are offered to customers. • Provide cover for colleagues during leave and support peer team members as needed. • Participate in regular and ad hoc departmental calls/meetings. • Respond to customer queries promptly. • Raise credit applications, perform financial spreading, and manage security documentation processes; proactively track and follow up outstanding items. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. • Strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen and relationship-building capability. • Results-driven, with knowledge of Commercial Banking products.• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills. • Good understanding of general banking products/services and ability to use bank systems (e.g., Customer Relationship Management system). • Understanding of credit assessment, credit/operations approval processes and security documentation preferred but not essential. • Fluent English (spoken and written); Putonghua is an advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
