PREQUISITES. WHAT IT TAKES TO JOIN.

• At least 5 years of experience in Finance and administrative support functions
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Accounting tools such as Quickbooks, Xero or similar
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, technical, IT and numerical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

OTHER PREFERRED QUALIFICATION. WHAT WILL BE A BONUS.

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy would be a plus.
• Experience with ISO Quality Management System would be a plus.

PRIMARY DUTIES. ACCOUNT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, THE FUN PART AND YOUR MAIN FORTE

• Responsible for full set of accounts for main and sub companies with timely month end closing.
• Handle daily finance operations such as account payables, account receivables, and general journal
• Generation of SOA /PPC and liaising with customers for receivables.
• Perform proper document filing and control for traceability.
• Ability to take initiative, implement and fine-tune processes and procedures, and execute constructive cost control to achieve effective cost saving for the company.
• General book keeping
• Assisting Principals in preparation of Accounting related SOP’s and handbooks
• Liaison with suppliers/vendors/banks etc and negotiate better terms and rates
• Handling General accounts for JWCC (Hong Kong) & (China) and liaison with accounting company to prepare taxation and auditing reports.
• Co-ordinate with JWCC HR to prepare payroll
• Co-ordinate with Controller for issuing of payments
• Submit Weekly & Monthly Financial reports for Management review.
