【工作職責】
• 全週期開發：負責內部應用系統（涵蓋 WPF 桌面應用 與 網頁平台）的開發、測試、部署及維護。
• AI 效能優化：熟練運用 GitHub Copilot 輔助編寫代碼，實踐高效能開發流程。
• 規格驅動開發 (SDD)：遵循 SDD 流程，確保程式邏輯精確符合規格說明書之要求，並維持高質量的代碼架構。
• 視覺與 UI 優化：發揮平面設計基礎，負責系統界面的 UI/UX 設計與優化，提升用戶操作流暢度。
• 需求處理：快速響應並處理用戶對系統功能的變更需求 (Change Requests)。
• 技術文檔：撰寫完善的技術規格書、測試案例 (Test Case) 及相關開發文件。

【職位要求】
• 學歷背景：資訊技術、電腦科學或相關專業之大學或以上學位。
• 技術實力：
o 精通 C# 語言及 MS SQL 資料庫開發。
o 具備 WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) 開發經驗。
o 具備 網頁開發能力 (如 HTML5, CSS, JavaScript 等)。
• AI 工具應用：熟悉並能運用 GitHub Copilot 優化日常開發工作。
• 美學基礎：懂 平面設計基礎 優先，能從視覺美感與佈局角度優化 UI 界面。
• 加分項目：具備連鎖零售業 (Chain Store) 相關系統開發經驗者優先。
• 軟技能：良好的溝通能力、邏輯分析及組織能力；具備優秀的中英文讀寫與溝通能力。

[Role Overview]
We are seeking a forward-thinking Programmer who bridges the gap between aesthetic design and robust coding. In this role, you will deeply implement Specification-Driven Development (SDD) and leverage GitHub Copilot to streamline workflows. You will focus on creating intuitive and visually appealing User Interfaces across WPF and Web platforms.

[Key Responsibilities]
• End-to-End Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain in-house applications, including WPF desktop applications and Web-based platforms.
• AI-Driven Workflow: Utilize GitHub Copilot to accelerate coding and ensure high-efficiency delivery.
• Specification-Driven Development (SDD): Develop software in strict accordance with technical specifications to ensure precision and architectural integrity.
• UI/UX Implementation: Apply graphic design principles to optimize UI layout and enhance user experience.
• Change Management: Efficiently handle system enhancement and change requests from internal stakeholders.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical specifications, documentation, and rigorous test cases.

[Requirements]
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Technical Stack:
o Proficiency in C# and MS SQL.
o Strong experience in WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) development.
o Solid skills in Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
• AI Tools: Proven experience in using GitHub Copilot to optimize development processes.
• Design Sense: Graphic Design foundation is a plus. Ability to optimize UI interfaces from a visual and layout perspective is highly valued..
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Chain Store or Retail industry is a significant advantage.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; professional command of both English and Chinese.
