Responsibilities：
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Ansible playbooks for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, patching, and compliance enforcement.
• Support and troubleshoot existing Ansible automation workflows, including integration with other tools (e.g., AWX/Tower, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
• Perform code reviews, version control, and best-practice adherence for all automation scripts.
• Provide on-call and ad-hoc support for automation-related incidents and service requests.
• Identify opportunities for automation of repetitive operational tasks and implement them in collaboration with the infrastructure and application teams.
• Maintain an up-to-date Ansible inventory, role library, and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience：
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in automation operations or system engineering.
• Proficient in Ansible playbook development and maintenance; familiar with Ansible roles, modules and inventory management.
• Familiar with Linux/Unix system operation and maintenance, master basic command line operations and system configuration.
• Familiar with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Good problem-solving ability, able to quickly locate and resolve automation-related faults.
• Having RPA related experience is a plus.
• Familiar with AWX/Tower, Prometheus, Grafana and other operation and maintenance tools is preferred.
• Have experience in code review and automation standard formulation.
• Good English reading and writing ability, able to read technical documents independently.
