IT Help Desk Technician 資訊科技技術支援人員

Description:
 
The IT Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth IT operations across the firm. Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to and resolving IT support requests from employees in a timely manner
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Setting up and maintaining computer systems, printers, and other office equipment
  • Assisting with user account management, including password resets and access permissions
  • Maintaining and updating IT inventory, ensuring systems and equipment are up-to-date
  • Coordinating with external vendors for the procurement and maintenance of IT tools and services
  • Ensuring compliance with IT security policies and procedures
  • Supporting the implementation of new technologies and IT-related projects

Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an IT support or help desk role, preferably within a professional services or legal environment
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including operating systems and office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Familiarity with IT security protocols and data protection principles is a plus

  • 熟悉IT安全協定及保障資料原則優先
