Software Engineer (Frontend / Backend)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a versatile and passionate Software Engineer to join our development team. Depending on your expertise and interests, you will focus on either frontend or backend development, while collaborating closely with cross-functional team members to deliver high-quality web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications and APIs.
Collaborate with designers and fellow engineers to architect new features and improve existing systems.
Participate in the full development lifecycle, from prototyping to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Continuously refactor and optimize codebases for performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like LESS/SASS/SCSS), JavaScript, and Node.js, with hands-on experience in MVVM/MVP/MVC frameworks such as Vue.js.
Experience with Laravel or Node.js for backend development, with a solid understanding of REST API design and database systems (MySQL, MongoDB).
Familiarity with modern development tools and practices, such as Git for version control, Docker/Kubernetes, and testing methodologies (TDD/BDD is a plus).
Experience or interest in cloud-native environments (e.g., serverless architecture) is an advantage.
Knowledge of frontend architectural patterns, state management (e.g., Vuex/Pinia), TypeScript, NuxtJS, or TailwindCSS is a bonus for frontend-focused candidates.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and improvement.
Eager to take on challenges and drive positive change in both code and team culture.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior positions.
