Its commercial banking includes import / export financing, commercial loans, payment and cash management, trade and supply chain, and SME banking services.

Counter Service Officer

HSBC Wealth Management leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and private clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth. This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high standard of service to customers and meet their needs with courtesy;
Count cash received and to check for forgeries;
Count cash/coins paid in/out;
Cross-sell bank products whenever opportunities arise;

Job Requirements

Customer-service focused mindset;
Preferably with general understanding of bank products and services;
Prior banking industry experience would be preferable;
Good communication skill in English and Chinese is preferred;
Good communication skill and basic computer knowledge
