• University graduated, preferable in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field;
• Knowledge and working experience in banking (especially in branch), auditing or risk management is preferred;
• Analytical and critical thinking skills to assess risks and evaluate control effectiveness;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Head of Operational & Non-Financial Risk Team in identification, evaluation, measurement, monitoring, control and reporting of non-financial risks of the Bank;
• Assist users on the Loss Data Collection system, analyze operational risk events, addressing control weaknesses, report findings to the Operational Risk and Internal Control Committee and collaborate with business and support units to develop risk mitigation measures;
• Review and validate Risk and Control Self-Assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to operational risk;
• Perform outsourcing assessments to ensure compliance and risk management;
• Collect data to calculate Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to monitor operational risk trends according to the risk profile;
• Assist in coordinating the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program activities, including Business Impact Analysis and Critical Processes Identification, and report observed weaknesses to management;
• Perform other ad hoc tasks related to risk management and data collection.
