• University graduated, preferable in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field;
• Knowledge and working experience in banking, auditing or risk management is preferred;
• Professional certification in accounting or financial risk management will be an advantage;
• Analytical and critical thinking skills to assess risks and evaluate control effectiveness;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Head of Rating and Internal Control Team
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the bank's credit portfolio.
• Assess and evaluate financial statements of clients for credit operations and assign ratings based on internal model.
• Maintain records of the data used in analysis for supervisory review and reporting.
• Compile and prepare detailed reports for the Risk Committee and Rating Committee.
• Oversee daily monitoring of the credit portfolio and rating.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks related to risk management and data collection.
