Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with sales leads and existing clients, independently generating sales leads and achieving sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT field.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and expand the client database as their trusted solution partner.
• Develop knowledge of the products and services being offered as well as the working knowledge of relevant industry’s climate and competition.
• Negotiating contracts and packages by balancing company profit margin and client interest in an acceptable level.
• Preparing and delivering appropriate presentation on suitable solutions with Pre-sales team member to a client.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Willing to perform any other ad-hoc tasks required by the Company.

Qualification or Experience：

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of business development experience in the IT field.
• Independent, aggressive, self-motivated and result-oriented positive working attitude.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Command of spoken and written basic English.
