店舖經理 / Store Manager

職責:
 
  1. 熟悉品牌銷售服務流程,帶領全體店鋪員工完成銷售指標從而達成門店銷售目標。
  2. 具備帶領團隊打造品牌KOS自媒體運營的經驗(包括但不限於小紅書、視頻號等)
  3. 負責團隊管理,為店鋪銷售人員提供專業的培訓和輔導;
  4. 協助VM進行門店陳列設置,維持較高的產品及品牌形象;
  5. 有效規劃店鋪的銷售目標,能為門店的銷售現狀提出想法和解決方案;
  6. 負責店鋪貨品維護工作:統計、管理,確保物品及帳目準確, 關注庫存結構,提出合理建議,改善庫存結構,按照即時庫存情況推動銷售的有效性;保證店鋪貨品安全,並且及時瞭解店鋪貨品狀態確保滿足銷售的需求;
  7. 維護與所在商場的合作關係,協助與支持市場部開展門店相關活動;
  8. 獨立承擔完成門店日常事務,協助上級完成其他工作安排。

職位要求:


  1. 大專及以上學歷,優秀者可適當放寬;
  2. 十年以上鞋服類零售品牌銷售管理經驗,其中三年以上門店管理經驗;
  3. 積極向上,有責任心,親和力強,追求高品質地完成工作任務;
  4. 正直的工作態度,良好團隊合作意識。
  5. 悉零售專賣店的整體運營流程,擅長CRM管理;
  6. 對品牌有強烈的主人翁意識;
  7. 具備卓越的銷售技巧及服務意識,有較強的領導能力;
  8. 口頭表達能力強,擅于與客戶溝通。

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Familiar with the brand's sales and service processes, lead the entire store team to achieve sales targets and reach store sales goals.
  2. Have experience in leading a team to create brand KOS social media operations (including but not limited to Xiaohongshu, Video Accounts, etc.).
  3. Responsible for team management, providing professional training and coaching to store sales personnel.
  4. Assist VM in store display settings, maintaining a high level of product and brand image.
  5. Effectively plan store sales targets, able to propose ideas and solutions for the store's sales status.
  6. Responsible for store merchandise maintenance work: statistics, management, ensuring accuracy of items and accounts, focusing on inventory structure, making reasonable suggestions, improving inventory structure, promoting the effectiveness of sales according to real-time inventory conditions; ensuring store merchandise safety, and timely understanding of store merchandise status to meet sales demands.
  7. Maintain cooperative relationships with the shopping mall where the store is located, assist and support the marketing department in carrying out store-related activities.
  8. Independently handle daily store affairs and assist superiors in completing other work arrangements.

Position Requirements:

  1. College degree or above, with flexibility for outstanding candidates.
  2. Over ten years of experience in retail brand sales management for shoes and clothing, with at least three years of store management experience.
  3. Positive and proactive, responsible, strong affinity, and committed to completing tasks with high quality.
  4. Upright work attitude and good team cooperation awareness.
  5. Familiar with the overall operation process of retail specialty stores, proficient in CRM management.
  6. Have a strong sense of ownership for the brand.
  7. Possess excellent sales skills and service awareness, with strong leadership abilities.
  8. Strong oral expression skills, adept at communicating with customers.
