Primary Responsibility
• Manage leasing and grant of use activities, including handling enquiries, maintaining vacancy listings, negotiating lease terms, and preparing recommendations and fee proposals.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers by addressing enquiries, resolving operational issues, and fostering long-term partnerships.
•Coordinate retailers' fit-out, renovation, and maintenance works with technical and building management teams to ensure timely completion and compliance.
•Assist in planning and optimizing the tenant mix for existing and new retail developments.
•Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to develop and implement retail-related campaigns and events.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in retail property management, especially in shopping malls
• PC knowledge in Windows, MS Word and MS Excel
