ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Performance & Strategy Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall goals of the Maison Adhere strictly to company commercial policy and the brand's discount policy, ensuring profitability and brand integrity Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, propose, and implement targeted promotional activities that drive traffic and sales Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to capitalize on them Team Leadership & Management Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to boutique staff To ensure proper attire, grooming and behavior in line with the brand’s guidelines To ensure the boutique is maintained in perfect condition Lead by example on the store floor, demonstrate how to build relationships with clients and add emotional value to the customer experience Guide the team in adopting and implementing client-centric strategies Champion the transition towards a client-centric culture, inspiring and motivating the team to embrace new approaches to customer engagement. Customer Relations Management Deliver exceptional customer service and build a strong customer relationship and loyalty Actively build and maintain a relevant customer database, convert into sales transaction and retain the customer for future transactions After Sale Service Implement and oversee the brand's after-sales service strategy Handle all customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism Stock Management / Products Maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring adequate and complete product assortments are available to meet customer demand Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify product trends and propose new product ideas to management REQUIREMENTS At least 8 years of luxury retail sales and boutique management experience, experience in selling high end luxury product is a must Ability to motivate, develop and cultivate a team Excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills Strong organizational and problem solving skills Experience with high profile clients, PR events, and ability to network is required Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
