Senior Project Officer / Assistant Project Manager

Job Highlights

Develop and implement fashion brand, arts, cultural related projects and events
Experienced with vendor selection and quality checking

Job Description

Responsible for developing concept and ideas, crafting retail marketing, branding, or art project proposal and post-launch report
Organize, coordinate and implement various marketing projects and events
Work proactively with internal and external parties to ensure smooth coordination and execution of projects.
Source and negotiate with service providers including design companies, production house, PR agency, KOL
Work proactively with vendors on a timely basis for quality checking and improvement
Support maximizing retail business through relationship cultivation and identifying new opportunities.
Budget management of event projects
Provide onsite executions and support
Handle event logistics planning and preparation

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 3 year of working experience in project execution. Past working experience in fashion brand, art or cultural field would be an advantage.
Knowledge of design software is highly preferred
Self-motivated as a team player in a small but passionate and energetic team
Passionate in fashion or cultural related topic and knowledge
Possess good communication skill. Able to establish good relationship with different stakeholders.
Be open-minded, flexible and sensible in dealing with different people with diversified backgrounds and cultures.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
