What you will be doing:

• Arrange outbound, inbound and inland shipment
• Monitor and manage daily shipment and operations with vendors, 3PLs / carriers and HOT Shenzhen team
• Consolidate shipment arrangement with 3PL and suppliers for different origins (for intercompany orders)
• Supervise the container loading utilization for their respective shipment (for intercompany orders)
• Review Exceptional report on daily basis and get shipment approval from BU (for intercompany orders)
• Container load planning based on customer’s requirement for direct import business (for direct import customer)
• Handle booking, prepare shipping documents for customs and payment purpose
• Verify Ocean Freight invoice or FOB invoice
• Perform PO receipt

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years working experience in Logistics with relevant industry/function
• Advanced working knowledge of ERP system, set up and processes in Logistics (Oracle is preferred)
• Advanced skill on PC and Microsoft Application especially Excel and Word document
• Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)
