熟識快餐業的行業性質及日常運作，協助管理餐廳業務及制定管理培訓方案；
監督及維持優質的客戶服務；
負責日常營運管理方面的培訓及推動發展本地員工向上流的策略。

熟識餐飲營運上的編更, 收銀,食物處理的相關電腦系統；
熟識分析餐飲營運上的銷售數據，為制訂銷售或財務計劃作出建議；
餐飲業培訓的相關證書，培訓員工的相關資格或證書，領導培訓資格或證書。
