Responsibilities:

• Report to senior management and be responsible for the full spectrum of project management;
• Deliver projects from inception to completion on time, within budget and achieving specified requirements;
• Familiar with Government statutory submissions, approvals and inspections;
• Coordinate with architects / designer / MEP consultants to understand design direction and prepare shop drawings and material submission for approval;
• Manage and motivate project team in a performance culture and with the ownership of projects;
• Aggressive and able to deliver projects with quality under tight deadlines;
• Can do attitude

• Recognized degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Building Surveying / Engineering and relevant disciplines;
• Proven track record with minimum of 5 – 10 years relevant experience from A&A works, Renovation, Retail, F&B and High-End fit-out projects;
• Excellent project and people management skills;
• Highly organized and excellent communication skills;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Excellent presentation and strong communication skills;
• Proficient in using MS Project and AutoCAD.
