Job Responsibilities:
• According to design drawings and standard operating procedures, accurately assemble components into functional finished or semi-finished products.
• Interpret assembly drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, or jigs/fixtures for assembly. Perform processes such as fastening, pressing, riveting, wiring, and bonding; and operate automated or semi-automated assembly equipment.
• Use measuring tools to check dimensions, torque, and clearances; identify and isolate defective products and record abnormalities.
• Responsible for material requisition and preparation, verifying material quantities, maintaining workstation cleanliness and designated material placement.
• Conduct equipment inventory checks, and report material shortages, wrong materials, or material abnormalities.
• Report assembly difficulties, design interference, or tooling issues, and actively participate in improvement proposals to enhance overall production efficiency and yield rate.
Job Requirements:
• High school/vocational high school education or above; background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics-related fields is preferred.
• 1 year assembly line experience; candidates with production or manufacturing experience are preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to strictly follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

職位職責：
• 依照設計圖面與標準作業程序，將零組件精確組合為功能正常的成品或半成品。
• 解讀組裝圖、物料清單與作業指導書。
• 使用手工具、電動工具、氣動工具或治具進行組裝，執行鎖付、壓合、鉚接、配線、黏合等工序，並操作自動化或半自動化組裝設備。
• 使用量具檢測尺寸、扭力及間隙，識別並隔離不良品及記錄異常。
• 負責領料、備料、核對物料數量，維持工作站整潔與物料定置。
• 執行設備盤點，並回報缺料、錯料或物料異常。
• 反映組裝困難、設計干涉或工具問題，並積極參與改善提案，以提升整體生產效率與良率。

職位要求：
• 高中職以上學歷，機械、電機、電子相關科系佳。
• 經驗不拘，或具1年以上組裝線經驗；具生產或製造業工作經驗者優先考慮。
• 具備基本英語溝通能力。
• 注重細節，能夠嚴格遵守指示；
• 具備良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神；
