初級廚師

Responsibilities 職責概要：
• Prepare ingredients and cook food according to the company's recipes, including stir-frying and pan-frying in a wok.
• Learn from different groups in the production department such as salad and appetizer, pizza, pasta, sauce, fryers and hot oven, etc.
• Maintain a hygienic kitchen environment and strictly implement a safe food system.
• 按照公司菜譜流程製作，準備食材及製作食物，需要炒鍋拋鑊煎食物
• 於出品部不同組別學習，如沙律及前菜、薄餅、意粉、醬汁、炸爐及熱爐等
• 保持廚房環境之衛生情況以及嚴格執行安全的食品制度

Requirements 入職要求：
• Relevant kitchen work experience preferred; graduates from culinary/hotel management programs and individuals interested in cooking are welcome.
• Willing to accept food and beverage service training and memorize recipes.
• Punctual, courteous, and responsible.
• 具相關廚房工作經驗優先，歡迎各大餐飲/酒店系畢業生及對廚藝有興趣之人士
• 須接受在職餐飲服務培訓及記背食譜
• 守時、有禮及有責任感

Working Hours 工作時間：
• 7:00-23:00, 8 working hours per day with 1-hour break, in shifts.
• 7:00-23:00，每天工作8小時，1小時休息，輪班工作
