• Project implementation and project management: able to come up with a detailed project plan, identify issues, provide solutions, delegate tasks, and monitor progress to stay on schedule and on budget.
• Vendors coordination and management: coordinate with customers, equipment vendors and construction subcontractors to facilitate more effective work on the projects.
• Accountable for managing the technical aspects of delivering highly complex multi-site client projects.
• Resolve the problem for Picture Archiving Communications System (PACS) at hospital.
• Coordinate with the on-site Support Engineer to provide the proactive service, corrective & preventive maintenance, 24 hours support service, monthly report, incident report and PM reports for hospital PACS committee.
• Review the technical documents on tender process.
• Pre-sales technical support and after sales systems maintenance.
• Setup systems demonstration.
• Preparing annual budgets and monthly financial reports
• Provide professional client interface, ensure responsiveness to client requirements and concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic/Electrical Engineering or above, or other relevant degree.
• Have certifications in various healthcare disciplines and specialties.
• Knowledge of current health and safety practice and legislation.
• With minimum 5 years’ experience in Project management and technical consulting work in Healthcare Service.
• At least 3 years of healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience implementing Medical Technology solutions, such as device integration and imaging.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, CAD.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows.
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
• Good writing and reading skills in Chinese.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
• Good interpersonal skill, mature, independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure.
