Customer Services Executive, Telesales (Ref. 370)

Job Description :
- To sell products and services to customers by performing telesales activities
- To handle customer enquiry during telesales process in a caring and professional manner
- To provide high quality customer services
- To achieve sales target / KPI of calling programs
- To reflect customer feedback on the products / services for improving program effectiveness

Requirements :
- Degree Holder
- Fluency in spoken/written English & Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is advantageous
- Experience in customer service area preferable
