Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
To plan sales promotions and set sales goals
Maximizing the occupancy and the average daily rate of the hotel, while upholding excellent guest service and accommodations to all guests.
To assist Event Booking team in capturing desirable business from corporate meeting, leisure group, MICE or social catering
To work on all group bookings
To meet all local or overseas event organizers and solicits future business
To collect market intelligence on market trend to facilitate the development of sales strategies if necessary
Building and maintaining existing relationships
Work to achieve agreed goals and objectives
Responsible for developing new business opportunities from local corporate accounts and expand customer base in order to achieve sales target
Prepare sales forecast, budget and analysis report
Requirement:
University graduate, major in Business / Hospitality is preferable
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in the hotel industry, preferably in 5-star hotel
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must be service oriented and capable of communicating effectively with persons involved in all levels of authority both internally and externally.
Pleasant, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered for less qualified positions.

In this role, you will shape our corporate sales strategy, build key relationships, and directly contribute to maximizing hotel occupancy and revenue. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative corporate sales strategies and promotions to achieve revenue targets for rooms and events.
Proactively source new business from corporate accounts, MICE groups, leisure travelers, and social catering segments.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with local and international clients, including event planners and key accounts.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with the events and reservations teams to ensure seamless client experiences from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Travel: This role includes regular client visits and occasional domestic or international travel for client meetings or industry events.
Who We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hotel industry, preferably within a 5-star environment.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
Service-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using PMS/CRM systems.
