Responsibilities: Responsible full spectrum of professional secretarial, business and personal support Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including regular correspondence, phone calls and mail Assist in the preparation of presentations, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes Manage office budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism Provide office support to other departments where necessary Handle ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned Requirement: Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification as administrative executive/secretary Experience in supporting a sizable organization is highly preferred Strong attention to detail, accuracy at work and excellent time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High professional standard of integrity and confidentiality Able to work independently and within tight deadline To apply for this position, please send your detailed resume with recent photo and expected salary to E-mail: personnel.roster@hotelroyal.com.mo
