Assistant General Manager (Job Ref. No: MGT01M)

 Responsibilities:

  • To Lead a team of account servicing and operations staff to achieve business objectives
  • General sales and profitability of the Company to achieve pre-set budgets
  • Create and enhance long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities
  • Responsible for managing, planning and directing the operations in Macau office
  • Develop and maintain basic objectives, policies and operating plans in accordance with Corporate policies
  • Monitor and ensure efficiency and service quality standards are achieved
  • Full accountability for the team P&L
  • Report directly to General Manager

Requirements:
  • University graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in similar line
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a team of Sales and Operations staff
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizing and communication skills
  • Self-motivated & adaptable to new business environment
  • Excellent spoken and written English and preferably also Chinese
  • Candidates who aspired to take on a challenging role but do not meet all the requirements may also apply
