Inn Hotel is looking for high caliber and business-oriented professionals to fill in the position of Senior Cleaner.

Job Description and Requirement:

1. To clean and service hotel public area in front and back of the house including lobby, offices, function rooms , corridors, elevators.
2. To maintain cleaning materials and equipment in an orderly manner.
3. To ensure all furniture and fixtures in public area are properly dusted and polished.
4. To remove dust, spots and smears from glass panels and windows in a timely manner.
5. To clean all ashtrays in a timely manner.
6. To maintain the cleanliness of locker rooms and reports any misuse.
7. To provide assistance to guests in a polite manner.
8. To carry out periodical cleaning such as floor stripping and polishing, carpet shampooing in restaurant and public area, cleaning in high area such as marble walls.
9. To maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of restrooms and ensure they are fresh and free from odor.
10. To report and follow up repairs and maintenance required in the working area.
11. To report Lost and Found in public area to Supervisor.
12. To carry out heavy duties and special tasks in case of emergency.

工作職責：
1. 酒店前後公共區域的清潔和服務，包括大堂、辦公室、多功能廳、走廊、電梯。
2. 保持清潔材料和設備的有序存放。
3. 確保公共區域的所有家具和固定裝置都經過適當除塵和拋光。
4. 及時清除玻璃面板、窗戶上的灰塵、斑點、污跡。
5. 及時清理所有煙灰缸。
6. 保持更衣室的清潔並報告任何不當使用情況。
7. 有禮貌地為客人提供幫助。
8. 定期進行地板剝離、拋光、餐廳及公共區域地毯清洗、大理石牆面等高處清潔。
9. 保持衛生間的清潔和一般保養，確保衛生間清新無異味。
10. 報告並跟踪工作區域所需的維修和保養。
11. 向主管報告公共區域的失物招領情況。
12. 在緊急情況下執行重任務和特殊任務。

Requirements:
1. At least 3-5 years of related working experience.
2. Must be physically strong, mentally stable and alert as well as have a natural desire to keep things clean.
3. Have related experience in cleaning equipment, chemicals.
4. High school education level or above.
5. Good command of speaking Cantonese, Mandarin, knowledge if English would be an advantage.
6. Willing to work on shift.

1. 至少3-5年相關工作經驗。
2. 必須身體強壯、有警覺性，並具有保持事物清潔的自我要求。
3. 有相關設備、化學品清洗經驗者優先。
4. 高中及以上文化程度。
5. 精通粵語、普通話，懂英語者優先。
6. 願意輪班工作。
