Logistic & Invoices Area | Receptionist

Qualifications:
 
  • Secondary graduated or above;
  • At least 1 year reception/ customer services working experience;
  • Good telephone manner and excellent communication skill in English and Chinese; knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures;
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word;
  • Ability to organize, multitasks, prioritize, work independently under pressure and be attentive to details.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for reception work, including answering calls, receiving clients, processing and receiving documents, etc.;
  • Handling general paperwork;
  • Other work arranged by the superior.
