廚師助理Kitchen Helper

崗位職責：
- 為每位賓客提供優質的食物，確保所有食物的準備、烹飪、供應均符合標準規範；
- 參與制定&設計每月及每季的菜單單；
- 須作出倉存管理及控制每日存貨；
- 清潔設備及食具隨時保持工作區域乾淨整潔；

職位要求：
- 最少2年於酒店或餐吧從事後廚工作經驗（需提供相關證明的正本核實）；
- 中學畢業或以上程度；擁有廚房知識教育背景優先；
- 熟悉各類食品製作、後廚設備使用方法及廚房運作流程；
- 能流利廣東話、普通話或英文優先考慮；
- 可接受夜班或兩班制

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality food to every guest, ensure that all food is prepared, cooked and served in accordance with standard specifications;
- Participate in the development and design of monthly and seasonal food menus;
- Maintain stock levels and control daily inventory;

Requirements:
- 2 years+ working experience in a hotel or restaurant;
- Secondary school diploma or above; kitchen knowledge education background is preferred;
- Solid understanding of food, kitchen equipment use method and kitchen operations sop;
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin or English is preferred
- Night work or shift work is acceptable
