  • 新八佰伴成立於一九九七年，前身為日本八佰伴集團所擁有之八佰伴日式百貨公司，其後由澳門旅遊娛樂有限公司之Panda Sociedade de Gestao de Investimentos Limitada 所收購並於一九九七年底將其重新命名為新八佰伴。自此本公司之貨品種類擴展至世界各地之高級產品。

    新八佰伴大樓位於澳門蘇亞利斯博士大馬路90號，於2008年8月8日正式啟用，只需步行幾分鐘即可到達商業區的中心地帶。新八佰伴共分十層，並附設一個220個車位的地庫停車場，擁有員工約一千人。各層主題鮮明，包括化妝品、男女時裝、皮鞋、手袋、童裝、家庭用品、電器、美食廣場及超級市場等等，種類包羅萬有。除此之外，新八佰伴不單在百貨公司內經營，還在路氹經營不同品牌的零售店，如濠尚、上葡京等。

Retail Operations Manager

To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

Retail Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and monitor store daily operations and management
  • Ensure operational efficiency and achieving sales target
  • Monitor inventory level and place orders
  • Organize product brand promotion campaign and seasonal sale
  • Management of staff member discipline
  • Problem handling on general management issues with shops, counters and consignment
  • Manage the department store manpower planning and arrangement including outdoor shops
  • Coordination and supervision on the garment and visual merchandise as well as window display
  • Make improvement plan on the garment and visual merchandise
  • Enhance store image and setting including window display and garment merchandise
  • Develop good staff relations and high morale

Requirements:
  • Degree graduated or above in Fashion Design, Retail/Operation Management or related discipline
  • At least 10-15 years relevant experience in retail chain stores / luxury brands; with 8 years managerial experience will be preferable
  • Possess department store or retailing experience is highly preferable
  • Be innovative and a good team player with strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong at fashion and market sense
  • Capable to manage store daily operation works
  • Customer-oriented and good organizational skills
  • Presentable, independent and good problem solving skills
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and service-oriented
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Willing to travel overseas when is required
