Senior Manager of Cosmetics Department

Position Summary:

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify market trends, and implement improvement initiatives to drive the performance of the Cosmetics Department
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with beauty brands and internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and exceed sales and profit targets
• Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional teams to identify key success factors, develop action plans, and drive continuous business improvement
• Oversee the daily operations of the Cosmetics Department or a comparable retail business environment
• Champion high service standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 12 years of retail experience, including at least 8 years in a managerial position. Knowledge of the China retail market is an advantage
• Strong experience within the cosmetics, beauty, or department store sector
• Experience managing concession-based or brand-operated (tenant) business models is highly preferred
• Proven track record in sales management, business development, and retail operations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Results-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
