接待員 Host

Responsibilities 職責概要：
• Responsible for handling reservations and phone inquiries.
• Properly arrange seating and greeting guests; clear and set out tableware.
• Provide high-quality dining experience and a comfortable dining area.
• Learn restaurant menu and introduce the menus to guests.
• Tidy up chairs and maintain restaurant hygiene.
• 負責處理訂座及接聽電話
• 合適的安排用餐位置和迎送工作，收徹及擺放餐具
• 提供優質顧客用餐體驗及環境舒適的用膳區
• 學習餐牌內容及向客人介紹餐廳菜譜
• 整理餐椅並保持餐廳衛生

Requirements 入職要求：
• Well-groomed, dignified and polite.
• Willing to accept food and beverage service training, warm and courteous.
• Related experience in Western restaurants is preferred.
• No work experience required for hotel, catering or related diploma or degree programs.
• 儀容整潔，端莊有禮
• 願意接受餐飲服務培訓者，熱誠有禮
• 具相關西餐廳經驗優先
• 修讀酒店、餐飲或相關文憑或學位課程則無須工作經驗

Working Hours工作時間：
• 10:30-23:00, 8 working hours per day with 1-hour break, in shifts.
• 10:30-23:00，每天工作8小時，1小時休息，輪班工作
