Key Responsibilities Oversee the design, implementation, and daily operations of the HR information system (HRIS) and related applications, and to ensure system performance accuracy and stability; Implement system enhancements and upgrades to increase functionality and better support HR processes; Serve as the central point of contact between HR, IT teams and external vendors to deliver system improvements; Translate business requirements into technical configurations which include workflows, and access levels, etc. and verify their accuracy; Develop custom reports and dashboards for HR and management; Support planning and execution of HRIS projects, including implementation, testing, and documentation; Provide user support and guidance for HRIS, and troubleshoot system issues and escalate to IT or vendors as and when needed; Ensure systems comply with internal policies and external regulations; Monitor and enforce data privacy and integrity, and security controls; Coordinate cloud-based integrations and migrations with cloud architects and service providers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT/MIS/Computer Science or equivalent; At least 3 years’ experience in HRIS management, preferably including system implementation or transformation; Strong technical knowledge of HR system administration and enhancement projects; Strong understanding of HR functions including payroll, benefits, and people management; Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-based HR solutions, including security, integration best practices, and compliance requirements; Familiarity with Application Programming Interface integrations, identity and access management, and cloud cost optimization; Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and collaborate effectively across teams.
