The Senior Software Engineer is an experienced hands-on application developer responsible for leading the development, testing and deployment of internally built applications. The role provides application delivery leadership across the Group, working closely with departmental and BU development resources to deliver secure, reliable and maintainable business solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of internally developed applications, from development and testing through deployment and enhancement;
- Hands-on design, coding, testing, debugging and maintenance of business applications, workflows and system integrations;
-  Lead and coordinate departmental and BU development resources, providing technical direction and ensuring consistent development and delivery practices;
- Translate approved business requirements and solution designs into working applications, in collaboration with the Enterprise Solution Architect and Business Transformation Manager;
- Manage application testing, defect resolution, deployment and release activities, ensuring solutions are ready and reliable for business use;
- Maintain and continuously improve internally developed applications, ensuring quality, security, performance and alignment with Group technology standards.

Knowledge and skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in software development, application integration, APIs, database, testing, debugging, source control and deployment, with solid knowledge of secure and maintainable development practices.
- Proven ability to lead application delivery and coordinate development resources across multiple teams, translate requirements into working solutions, solve technical problems independently and operate effectively.
