Human Resources | Training Officer

Qualifications:

  • University graduated or above in business and administration or related discipline;
  • With at least 2 years’ experience with training experience is an advantage;
  • Excellent presentation skills with high level of confidence in public speaking;
  • Intermediate PC skills;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate a staff training program and in-house training based on Bank’s and employee need;
  • Producing training materials for in-house training and staff orientation;
  • Responsible for overall planning and implementation of training strategy;
  • Arrange and conduct training courses;
  • Work with vendors and other third party sources to design and implement training programs;
  • Control budget, monitor training standards and perform assessment;
  • Maintain the training database, analyse and reporting;
  • Support other HR duties and development activities as assigned.
