Head of Gaming Operations – Table

Job Description

Overview: Responsible for the management of table games in the casino, demanding extensive experience in table game operations management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all table game operations, including blackjack, poker, roulette, etc.
• Develop and implement table game policies and procedures to ensure fair play and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the table game staff, including dealers, supervisors, and pit bosses.
• Train and develop table game employees to improve their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all table game regulations and industry standards.
• Analyze table game performance data to make operational improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote table games and drive business.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in table game operations in the casino industry, with 4 years in a management role.
• In – depth knowledge of table game rules, strategies, and operations.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle high – volume table game operations.
