Head of Finance

Job Description

Overview: Responsible for the financial management and strategic financial planning of the casino, requiring extensive senior – level financial experience in the casino industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the casino’s business objectives.
• Manage the casino’s financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
• Conduct financial analysis to provide insights for decision – making.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Manage the finance team, including training and performance management.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and guidance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of finance experience in the casino industry, with 5 years in a senior finance management position.
• A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA).
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.
• In – depth knowledge of casino – specific financial regulations.
