Marketing Manager/Director

Job Description

Overview: Responsible for the marketing and promotion of the casino’s gaming and related services, needing senior – level marketing experience in the casino industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Manage the casino’s marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and public relations.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with the gaming operations team to develop marketing initiatives for different gaming products.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost – effective marketing activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and manage a marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 9 years of marketing experience in the casino industry, with 4 years in a senior marketing management position.
• Strong marketing knowledge and creativity.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop effective marketing plans.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
