• Follow up with guest regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues • Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key • Enrolling guest to the The Ritz-Carlton Rewards (Loyalty program) • Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in (i.e., sharewiths, separate room/tax/incidentals, comp) • Provide warm welcome and perform 3 steps of service to enhance the pleasant arrival and departure experience • Process Check out process and ensure the billing accuracy • Assisting guest if there’s any request or inquiries
