Head of Branch Management

Responsibilities
  • Lead and improve overall branch operations and services
  • Supervise branch management and branch operations staff, ensuring that these comply with internal and external regulatory requirements and standards
  • Collaborate closely with the respective branch sales function head to provide support for the implementation of related services
  • Based on defined annual cost budget/target to map out monthly and yearly strategies to achieve the target
  • Develop service standards for our branch network to ensure standardized and satisfactory service delivery to our customers.
  • Conduct an annual review of the customer service fees and ensure timely communication with customers
  • Develop and review branch operations procedures
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide market benchmarking of operations, products and services offering periodically
  • Support the implementation of the group's vision, mission, and directions for the Bank, while leading the development of the Bank's overall strategy and managing ad hoc projects to achieve organizational goals
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that may impact product development and branch operations

Requirements
  • Degree holder in a business, finance or related discipline
  • 15+ years of branch management experience in financial institutions, with Macau exposure preferred
  • Must be a team player and work with sales, product, operations and IT functions in Macau and in HK (Group function) to deliver quality service to our customers
  • Strong understanding of branch operations, regulatory guidelines and related code of banking practice.
  • Proactive with excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
