Serve as the professional consultant for protected heritage buildings in the Macao region, coordinating building integrity, maintenance, and heritage conservation initiatives. This role requires implementing comprehensive strategies to ensure compliance with regulations, uphold conservation standards, and safeguard their value.

Primary Responsibilities
[1] Conduct systematic and professional condition surveys of building structures, exterior walls, and internal systems; diagnose defects and propose appropriate remediation solutions.
[2] Lead the identification, specification development, and prioritization of structural repairs, restoration projects, and long-term preventive maintenance programs.
[3] Manage project contracts to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery meeting the highest quality standards.
[4] Oversee and approve the preparation of complete technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and construction method statements required for government submissions.
[5] Serve as the primary liaison with relevant Macao government departments for project-related matters, handling heritage compliance, building safety, and project approvals.
[6] Provide expert guidance on the application of Macao's cultural heritage building regulations.
[7] Advise management on strategic capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operational expenditure (OPEX) planning, conducting detailed life-cycle cost analysis and long-term budgeting for the asset portfolio.
[8] Lead and manage cross-disciplinary consultant teams throughout the project development lifecycle, ensuring all designs and executions comply with company development guidelines, quality standards, and requirements.
[9] Represent the company at project-related meetings, providing technical authority and professional judgment.
[10] Promote building safety by ensuring rigorous implementation and thorough documentation of safety protocols, mandatory inspections, and annual drills.

Job Requirements
[1] Hold a degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering Management, or a directly related field, or higher. Candidates with outstanding proven experience will be given priority consideration.
[2] At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a technically oriented role, construction engineering management, or architectural conservation is preferred.
[3] Familiarity with Macau's building codes, regulations, and application procedures, with experience handling Macau's cultural heritage building regulations and approval processes.
[4] Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) and English, with the ability to produce clear and professional reports.
[5] Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drafting software is highly desirable.
