MEP Manager (MACAU BASED) Job in 工程 in 所有澳門特別行政區地區 - Job Description

職位內容

資格

Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline
At least 8 years of relevant experience in project coordination and supervision, preferably in E&M construction projects / building services contracts
Strong experience in site coordination and supervision, including system installation, monitoring site progress, and testing and commissioning
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high sense of responsibility
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Knowledge of BIM or MiMEP will be an advantage
Registration with DSSCU as MEP Engineer is preferred" Candidate with junior level will be considered as MEP Engineer

工作範疇

Undertake regular site inspections, ensuring safe work practices, monitoring progress, assuring quality of works in accordance with the design
Take the leading role in communicating with the client, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, suppliers at all project stages
Manage and coordinate permitting and statutory matters, submissions, and approvals.
