資格

  • Dipolma or above.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Optimistic and cheerful personality with strong professional ethics and integrity.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, high execution ability, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Innovative mindset and capability to handle emergencies independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
  • Languages: Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Immediate available is preferred.

工作範疇

  • Greeting visitors and handling enquiries
  • Answering the telephone promptly and courteously
  • Responding to emails
  • Organising incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Ongoing HR support
  • Updating database records
  • Booking transport and making travel arrangements
  • Maintaining the reception area
  • Managing the visitors book and distributing security passes
  • Organising meeting rooms
  • Dealing with payments and invoices
