Junior Draftman

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our design and BIM teams by transforming creative concepts into precise technical drawings.

  • Prepare detailed CAD drawings and develop BIM 3D models for a wide variety of projects.
  • Support the BIM teams in the timely completion of design work.
  • Convert client design concepts and sketches into accurate shop drawings and detailed drawings for sub-contractors' production.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and provide administrative/technical support as requested by the project team.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary education qualification (e.g., Higher Diploma or associate degree) in a related field is an advantage.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; prior knowledge of or experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit) is highly valued.
  • A strong understanding of detailed drawing and shop drawing preparation is a MUST.
  • Good command of written English and Chinese (including reading and writing Traditional Chinese characters).
  • Possess a good team spirit, be detail-minded, independent, and self-motivated.
