Key Responsibilities:

Fully in-charge of AV/BGM/LED projects from inception to final handover, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget
Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, manpower scheduling, procurement timelines, and risk assessment
Lead and supervise cross‑functional throughout the project
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, main contractors, and key suppliers – manage expectations and resolve conflicts professionally
Oversee project financials, including cost estimation, budget control, variation orders, and progress claim submissions
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to technical specifications and drawings
Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
Prepare and present regular progress reports, meeting minutes, and executive summaries to management and stakeholders
Manage project documentation, including contracts, method statements, test plans, as‑built drawings, O&M manuals, and final handover packages
Lead post‑project reviews, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement for future projects

Requirements:

Degree in Building Services, Electronic Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of solid project management experience in AV, ELV, lighting, or construction industries, with a proven track record of delivering large‑scale projects
Strong technical knowledge of audio systems, video conferencing, BGM, LED displays, and control/automation systems
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and MS Office Suite
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Strong leadership, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities
Outstanding negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
