E-Commerce Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead e-Commerce project and implementation
• Formulate e-Commerce strategies and initiatives to drive online traffic
• Drive day-to-day e-Commerce channel development and operation support, including online content update, logistics and inventory coordination.
• Liaise with vendors and various cross-functional parties to ensure efficient and effective execution
• Improve user experience and interface by proposing new functions or system upgrades
• Analyze business performance data and make a recommendation to utilize the business opportunities for management decision
• Assist in research on competitors and conduct trend analysis
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, IT or related disciplines
• 8+ years of experience in E-Commerce & Digital Marketing
• Good knowledge of e-commerce system architecture and technical solutions are desirable
• Highly numerate and analytical, comfortable working with data
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and flexibly under pressure
• Good command in English and Chinese
