Responsibilities

• Working in partnership with clients to develop events from concept to completion. Including Production, planning and the execution of events. This role requires an innovative and creative outlook with a view to continuously improve and wow our clients.
• Overlooking multiple projects while working with various internal teams for the design, development, production and execution of event concepts and budget proposals.
• Directing presentations and pitches to prospective clients and partners.
• Manage production and onsite operations team
• Develop and maintain professional rapport with clients, partners and key suppliers.
• Oversee follow through of projects, ensuring proper closure by finalizing accounts and post project reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Tertiary educated or above in related disciplines with at least 3 years related experience
• Good command of both English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a definite advantage)
• Overseas travels from time to time depending on project needs
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and related software is an advantage
• Passionate about creating unique special events.
• Hardworking, meticulous and detail oriented.
• Experience in Events/Exhibitions Industry
• Able to manage various aspects of project delivery from concept to completion (both back end and client facing).
• Able to manage budgets, keen on solving day-to-day challenges and managing diversities of projects
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
