Project Manager

Requires 5 years of relevant work experience in hotel room decoration
 
1. Project Planning and Scheduling
o Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work sequences.
o Establish project milestones and deadlines.
2. Budget Management:
o Prepare and manage project budgets.
o Monitor expenses and ensure project stays within budget.
3. Resource Allocation
o Identify and allocate necessary resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
o Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
4. Quality Assurance
o Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project specifications and standards.
o Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.
5. Safety Management
o Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations.
o Conduct safety meetings and training sessions.
6. Risk Management
o Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
7. Communication and Coordination
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members.
o Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and changes.
8. Problem Solving
o Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
o Ensure timely resolution to keep the project on track.
9. Documentation and Reporting
o Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
o Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
