Job Summary:

The QA/QC Designer is responsible for ensuring that the design and engineering processes meet the highest quality standards. This role involves implementing quality control procedures, conducting design reviews, and collaborating with project teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Quality Assurance
o Ensure that all design work complies with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Regular factory visits are required to ensure product quality and monitor the progress of production.
2. Design Review and Verification:
o Conduct detailed design reviews and verifications to identify and resolve quality issues.
o Collaborate with design teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of design documents.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain detailed records of design reviews, inspections, and quality control activities.
o Prepare and present quality reports to project managers and senior management.
4. Risk Management:
o Identify potential quality risks in design activities and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in design and quality control within the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with large-scale hotel projects
• Familiarity with various quality control techniques and methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
