The University of Saint Joseph (USJ) is currently looking to fill the following vacancy in the Faculty of Business and Law (FBL):

Senior Lecturer/Assistant Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship (Ref. No.: FBL-SL/AP81)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Perform academic duties, including but not limited to designing and delivering modules at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the areas of management, operations, entrepreneurship and other business-related modules as required;
2. Supervise postgraduate theses;
3. Conduct research and publish in high-quality journals in the fields of Business and Management;
4. Design and deliver executive training courses for the Department of Business Administration;
5. Assist in preparing documents for programme reviews, accreditation, and projects-related documents;
6. Assist in organizing and executing projects and events for the Faculty of Business and Law;
7. Represent the Faculty of Business and Law in various events and activities in the industry.

Requirements:
1. PhD in Business and Management, with primary research and teaching interests in organisational management, operations, and entrepreneurship;
2. At least 2 years of full-time teaching and research experience in the tertiary education sector;
3. Corporate experience and industry connections are required;
4. Proficient in English, and fluent in Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin);
5. Macao ID holder is preferable.

Salary and benefits will be commensurable with the qualifications and experience of candidates.
