Job Summary:

As a Fitness Mentor at UFC Gym Macau, you will play a crucial role in guiding and motivating our members to achieve their fitness goals. We are looking for individuals who are not only passionate about fitness but also possess the skills to support our members' mental well-being and promote sustainability within our gym environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct fitness classes and training sessions in alignment with UFC Gym standards.
• Provide personalized coaching to members to help them achieve their fitness goals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment within the gym.
• Incorporate mental health awareness and support strategies into coaching practices.
• Promote sustainability initiatives within the gym, such as energy conservation and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance the overall member experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and continuously develop your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a fitness coach or instructor with professional certification.
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of mental health and the ability to incorporate it into coaching practices.
• Passion for promoting sustainability and environmental consciousness.
• Relevant certifications in fitness training or related fields.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to reach their fitness goals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
