Responsibilities: • Responsible for rendering secretarial and clerical services for the General Manager. • Arrange appointments and meetings for the General Manager, including making transportation arrangement. • Record and transcribe minutes of meetings. • Input data into computer system as required and prepare reports. • Perform other related duties and special projects as required by the General Manager.
